We enjoyed the halibut from last week’s menu when we had friends over Saturday, but I doubt I’ll ever make it again. When I put halibut on the menu I had no idea how expensive it is! The zesty salsa was great, even with the frozen mango I subbed in for the peaches, so perhaps we’ll try the recipe with a less-expensive fish next time. ;)

The Spinach Calzones were fabulous as well, and I used fresh spinach since that’s what we had on hand. They made me want to try my hand at inventing some calzone recipes.
