We took a mini-vacation with friends last weekend and ate out a lot. While it was nice to have the break from preparing and cleaning up meals, it was a reminder of how expensive and generally less-healthy it is to eat at restaurants! This week we’re back to eating mostly at home, and since I have these posts to encourage me to be a bit more creative, we’re trying a couple of new recipes. ;) I’ll let you know if any of them turns out to be stellar.
